The annual Wines of the West Dinner returns with an exciting new lineup of exceptional winemakers from New South Wales' Central West wine region. Held each year on the eve of the Wines of the West Festival, this elegant winemakers dinner takes place in the historic Ballroom at the Carrington Hotel. This year's event will be hosted by Simon Marnie, the renowned Australian radio and television presenter, celebrated food enthusiast, and passionate advocate for local produce and agriculture. Guests will enjoy a beautifully curated four-course menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, with each dish thoughtfully paired with wines from featured partners: Macquariedale Organic Wines, Zinga Wines, Cooks Lot, and Stockman's Ridge Wines. The evening offers a unique opportunity to meet the makers and explore the distinctive terroir of the region, guided by Simon Marnie.
