Celebrate the final weekend of the Fire Festival with an exclusive long lunch at The Oriana, in partnership with Ross Hill Wines. Set in the stylish, retro-luxe ambiance of The Peacock Room, this one-day-only event promises an afternoon of fine food, exceptional wine, and relaxed winter indulgence.
Created especially for the Fire Festival, the winter-inspired menu features four comforting, seasonal courses crafted by Executive Chef Julian Veenstra, each paired with a premium Ross Hill wine. Highlights include Nordic-cured venison, seafood vol-au-vent, lamb roulade, and a lemon curd meringue roulade.
This special collaboration celebrates the essence of the season, rich flavours, local wines, and a warm, welcoming setting perfect for a memorable winter afternoon.
