Working dogs and their handlers, compete over 4 days, manoeuvring sheep through obstacles and gates, to qualify to compete in The Australian Yard Dog Championship and National Kelpie Field Trial Championship. The event is held every 6 years in Queensland and attracts a very high profile of dog handlers to compete for the coveted top prize – Australian Champion.
