About

This program will focus primarily on promoting resistance training to women and girls 12 years and older. The program will introduce the multiple methods of resistance training across “mini-blocks” of 3- 4 weeks duration, within the 12-week program. Examples may include, body weight training, machine-based training, bands, dumbbells, kettlebells etc, and different approaches to training protocols, e.g. circuit style, sets and reps, high reps vs low reps, supersets etc.
