Emergency Relief Support Program

To support people experiencing financial crisis for people living within the Lockyer Valley Region.

Key Eligibility:    Be resident in Lockyer Valley.

                            Able to provide evidence of local address.

                            Able to provide current ID.

                           Able to provide evidence of current situation.

On Appointment basis.  Ph 5462 3355 to book.

Must be able to meet program eligibility, we may be able to support with the following:

Food Voucher, Fuel Voucher, Pharmacy Voucher etc.

Delivered by Lockyer Community Centre
