The Toowoomba RSL Sub-Branch warmly invites Toowoomba Veterans, Service Personnel, Families, Friends, and the wider community to join in for a traditional ANZAC Day Gunfire Breakfast, 2025.
The event will once again be held in the beautifully refurbished Railway Goods Shed, right in the heart of the Toowoomba CBD, just a short walk from Mothers' Memorial, Toowoomba —the perfect location to connect with others as we honour our ANZACs.
6:00am Traditional Gunfire Breakfast
11:00am Family friendly activities and services including:
Toowoomba's largest 2-Up ring
Food service after both the Dawn and Mid-Morning Services
Food vans featuring pizza, loaded potatoes, Dutch pancakes, and OMG Donuts
Coffee vans
A Wall of Honour featuring photos of local veterans and service personnel
Historical displays including exhibits from the Oakey Army Aviation Museum and vintage military vehicles
Kids' activities and entertainment
Entry is by gold coin donation, with all proceeds going directly toward supporting veteran welfare initiatives in the Toowoomba Region.
This community event is proudly supported by volunteers from the Toowoomba RSL Sub-Branch, St Ursula's College, The Older Men's Network Toowoomba (TOMNET), Lions Club, Toowoomba Regional Council, Aurora Training, and the 25th/49th Battalion, Royal Queensland Regiment.
