Art therapy is a different form of counselling that uses art materials to help with an individual’s mental health. Art therapy is about the process of making art not the quality of the art produced.
You DO NOT need to be artistic!
Group therapy is a place where you can explore, experiment, share and be yourself surrounded by people with similar stories. Art Therapy helps people express themselves freely, in a relaxed non-judgmental environment. We use a variety of materials to express our feelings and emotions without the worry of verbal communication. NO ONE is made to share their experience if they are not comfortable!

SELF ESTEEM ISSUES, STRESS, PROBLEM SOLVING, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION AUTISM, ADHD, EMOTIONAL REGULATION and many more
