Indulge in premium False Cape Wines, including exclusive museum reds, perfectly paired with a feast cooked over open coals. Enjoy local Kangaroo Island lamb, braised kangaroo hot pot, Braised rabbit in a white wine sauce, and marinated octopus salad, all kissed by the heat of hot coals and teamed with seasonal vegetables, Native herbs and D'estrees Bay Crusty Bread Finish the night with a delicious handcrafted dessert. Hosted by owners Julie and Jamie Helyar alongside winemaker Greg Follett, this fun gathering promises a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with live music, glowing wood fires, and festoon-lit surroundings at our False Cape Wine Shed and Cellar Door. Included in your reservation is a four-course feast featuring local, fire-cooked delicacies, and a glass of False Cape wine, local beer, or cider on arrival.
