Hacking The Future Of Shiraz, a project initiated by Inkwell Wines in 2024 put the spotlight on 6 different winemakers to each produce their take on Shiraz from the same vineyard. Each winemaker was supplied a ton of grapes to showcase the versatility of Shiraz, and the results were nothing short of delicious! Sommelier Dan McEvoy and Head Chef Zak Kranjcec, will be showcasing a menu that will pair perfectly with each of the wines, a dinner not to be missed! Entry Cost Adult $110 - Includes 4 courses matched with wines
