Flavours of the Sea is a two-hour, small-group experience combining local seafood, premium wine, and immersive maritime storytelling—set against the atmospheric backdrop of Port Adelaide's Lighthouse and Fishermen's Wharf. With just 10 guests per session, this exclusive event offers the rare opportunity to dine aboard a living legend of Australian sailing in a setting as unforgettable as the menu. Begin your experience with a Captain's Cocktail—a bold Bloody Mary oyster shot—before indulging in six seasonal seafood tapas dishes, each thoughtfully paired with wines from Howard Vineyard. From flame-torched sardines to saltbush-dusted calamari, every bite celebrates South Australian produce. Each dish is accompanied by a tasting card featuring pairing notes and producer stories. A curated ocean soundscape and projected archival footage of Brindabella's racing legacy set the tone, enhanced by live storytelling and commentary from the crew. Between courses, guests are treated to live galley demonstrations—oyster shucking, plating, and more.
