Australia Day Celebrations throughout Wattle Range

Wattle Range Council will again support local Lions Clubs and community organisations in hosting complimentary breakfast celebrations across the Council region this Australia Day, 25th January 2026. We invite everyone to participate and enjoy celebrating the Australia Day breakfast and the presentation of the awards. Official presentations in Beachport for the winners of the Australia Day Awards and Youth Recognition Awards for the Kintore Ward will be presented at 9 am. Breakfast at 8 am, Centennial Park, Somerville Street, Beachport. Official presentations in Kalangadoo for the winners of the Australia Day Awards and Youth Recognition Awards for the Sorby-Adams Ward will be presented at 9 am. Breakfast at 8am, Kalangadoo Institute, George Street, Kalangadoo. Official presentations in Millicent for the winners of the Australia Day Awards and Youth Recognition Awards for the Corcoran Ward will be presented at 9 am. Breakfast at 8 am, Jubilee Park, North Terrace. Southend Progress Association will host a gathering for Lunch or Afternoon Tea, TBA. Western Boat Beach, Southend. Tantanoola Progress Association will host a gathering for lunch or afternoon tea at TBA. Tantanoola Railway Parklands, Railway Terrace East, Tantanoola.
