Fleurieu Food Festival: Aqua Blue's Beachside Boil

The Aqua Blue Beachside Boil is a communal dining experience designed to promote happiness, hospitality and community. The "Beachside Boil" is a very simple concept. Large portions of high quality, fresh Australian seafood as well as Chorizo, chat potato and corn pieces are boiled together in a single pot flavoured with traditional Creole herbs and spices. Once cooked the "boil" is strained and then smothered in a delicious Cajun Garlic butter sauce and then poured down the centre of a large communal table....Bon Appetit. The simplicity of the cooking process keeps the freshness of the seafood and the incredible flavours as the focus while the sparse presentation enhances your companionship with fellow diners. This isn't food, this is an experience.
