The JLF Trek is an endurance event designed to challenge you physically and mentally. A medium to high level of fitness is required but with the right preparation and attitude you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve. Whether you complete the full two-day event or a shorter section, this weekend will leave you inspired and ready to take on the world, while also raising awareness for bowel cancer prevention and early detection.
