Sarah Glover is an internationally recognised chef and author. Throughout her career, Sarah has blazed a trail in the culinary world, publishing the award-winning Wild Adventure, Wild Child and Open Skies cookbooks.  With her roots and culinary escapades founded in Tasmania, Sarah now bounces between Australia and the USA, where she has cooked for the likes of Martha Stewart and Gordon Ramsay, and shares her knowledge around creating world-class sustainable fare, specialising in open-fire large-scale immersive experiences.  In this immersive dining experience, Sarah Glover teams up with Piermont's Head Chef, Calvin King, to craft a spectacular meal over open flames. Watch up close as they roast and smoke seafood and meats over a fire pit, using resources and equipment sourced directly from the Piermont grounds. Set in Piermont's stunning outdoor amphitheatre, this one-of-a-kind collaboration showcases bold, wild flavours, open-flame cooking, and the very best of Tasmania's seasonal produce.
