An exclusive event featuring Chef Stuart Barber of Restaurant Hermetikken of Norway, Michelin starred restaurant and now winner of 'The Nordic Prize' for restaurant of the year is taking over the kitchen at Neeri Nuff for dinner.
Stuart's classical training blended with Scandinavian influences and the seasonal bounty of Australia and Gippsland will shape the degustation dinner.
