These classes offer simple, practical methods to improve quality of life and develop inner peace through meditation and Buddhist teachings. Classes consist of two guided meditations and a teaching to help you solve your daily problems and find the lasting happiness you seek. No prior experience is needed and you can join anytime. Everyone is welcome. Pay at door. The teacher of this class is Gerry Bensoussan. Gerry is an experienced and well-loved teacher in the new Kadampa Tradition. Gerry has a kind and caring nature and presents Buddha's teachings in a way that is both accessible and easy to understand, making Buddha's profound wisdom accessible to everyone. Topics include 'Healthy Habits for a Happy Mind' in May and June, 'Stress Less: Meditations for Stress & Anxiety' in June and July, 'How to Love Yourself & Others' in July and August, and 'Focus: The Power of Concentration' in September.
