For over fifty years, this family-owned estate has been crafting exceptional wines that capture the spirit of its unique terroir. The story of Granite Hills is one of resilience, vision, and passion. In the late 1960s, Gordon Knight, fourth generation grazier, took a bold leap of faith, transforming a portion of his farmland into a vineyard amidst the challenges of declining sheep farming. Today, this legacy flourishes under the care of Gordon's son, Llew, his wife Andrea and their dedicated team who ensure Granite Hills remains a symbol of quality and authenticity, cherished by wine enthusiasts in the Macedon Ranges region and beyond. To mark the celebration, Chef Tim Austin has curated a mouth watering five-course Italian inspired feast, the perfect pairing for Granite Hills' exceptional wines and a great way to embrace Autumn in the Macedon Ranges.
