Buddha taught that by cultivating the habit of positive thinking, we can navigate life with ease, bringing lightness, joy, and deep well-being into our daily experiences and relationships.
One of the kindest things we can do for ourselves and others in 2025 is to develop the habits of happiness.
Join in for this uplifting series of classes and discover practical ways to nurture a happy and healthy mind.
Everyone welcome. Drop in any Tuesday, no need to book. Each class moves through different topics, attend one or attend all. Concession available. Normally taught by Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Rabten.
