Saturday evening, under the golden glow of 10,000 suspended globes, Doot Doot Doot welcomes the revered Yugen Dining for a one night only tasting experience where precision meets poetry. Japanese mastery is reimagined on the Peninsula in a fleeting act of culinary alchemy, a moment that will never repeat. Then on Sunday, ALT Pasta Bar brings a riot of flavour to our hatted restaurant. Italian decadence meets Korean ingenuity in a wild and beautiful lunch of fusion and flair, created solely for this occasion.
