Run Upper Murray

Gather your trail running buddies and get ready for Run Upper Murray 2025, North East Victoria’s new trail running event is returning for its second series. The ‘undiscovered’ beautiful Mount Elliot State Forest offers a cracker of a course in the stunning Thowlga Valley, five minutes drive from Corryong. Expect a friendly welcome, ripper views, great vibes and post run festivities at our staging ground – the Thowlga Hall. Pick your distance: 33 kilometres/1388m elevation - 33 kilometres through picturesque farmland and stunning native forests. This track will take you up, down, up, down… you get the picture. Think endurance. 16 kilometres/735m elevation - including 6 kilometres withrewarding, stunning views over Corryong and beyond before applying a little skill to descend some steep track. Think skill. Kids Race 3 kilometres/75m elevation - 3 kilometres just for the emerging trail runners (12 years and under) and those who just want to get involved. Think fun! Registrations are now open!
