Classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of your life and develop inner peace through meditation and Buddhist teachings.
Classes consist of two guided meditations and a teaching to help you solve your daily problems and find the lasting happiness you seek.
No prior experience needed and you can join anytime. Everyone is welcome. Pay at the door.
The teacher of this class is Colleen Isaacs. Colleen is an experienced Kadampa Buddhist teacher. Colleen's friendly, engaging teaching style and clear presentation inspire people from all walks of life to find happiness and solve problems through the practice of modern Buddhism.
Topics include 'Healthy Habits for a Happy Mind' in May and June, 'Stress Less: Meditations for Stress & Anxiety' in June and July, 'How to Love Yourself & Others' in July and August, and 'Focus: The Power of Concentration' in September.
