Prepare to have your perceptions about seafood challenged. For one unmissable evening only, Michelin-starred chef and Rick Stein alum Nathan Outlaw (UK) and globally renowned fish whisperer Josh Niland of Sydney's Saint Peter join Voyager Estate head chef Travis Crane for a world-class, four-course dinner collaboration showcasing the potential and deliciousness of the sea. While these world-class chefs explore the bounty of the deep, Voyager's head winemaker Tim Shand will be back on dry land and digging deep in the winery's cellar for rare estate wines to complement and highlight the kitchen's oceanic flavours.
