Sound Healing & Breathwork with Cacao, Taiko Drum & Gong

Kohra Hildebrand from Vibrant Health and Andrew Cox from Treemendus Health are dedicated to creating unique Sound Healing and Meditation events in the Cabaret Cave at Yanchep National Park. They have been holding these sought-after events in partnership for the past four years, including Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing, Japanese Taiko Drumming and their signature Sound Healing, Breathwork and Meditation event, only a 50-minute drive from Perth. Travel inside the cool Cabaret Caves on a journey of self-healing, release and awakening with the powerful sounds of Japanese Taiko Drum and 10 magnificent Gongs. Your journey includes a nurturing Cacao and intention ceremony, whole body shaking set to the primal vibrations of Japanese Taiko drumming, followed by a harmonizing breath sequence. You will become entranced by the ancient interplay of vibration between drums and gongs: relaxing, releasing and creating inner peace. You will then fall into a state of deep relaxation to the crescendo of an otherworldly Gong experience, with 10 symphonic and planet tuned Gongs: vibrating every cell of your body, relaxing muscles, releasing emotions, bringing your body back into a deep state of relaxation whilst creating a sense of inner peace & calmness.
